Friday, October 10th
We can't think of a better way to welcome everyone than with good wine! There will be light snacks (but not a full dinner). We recommend Uber/Lyft as parking is limited.
Saturday, October 11th
Ceremony, dinner, dancing, and love in the air. Shuttles will be provided from the hotel starting at 3pm, or it is a 16min walk. Otherwise, you can Uber/Lyft or there is abundant parking.
We don't want the party to end, so we'll head to Lifty's for more drinks, karaoke, late night snacks, and firepits. Shuttles will be provided to the after party, or it is a 14min walk.
Sunday, October 12th
Brunch, Bloody Marys, and football on the TV. We'll also play some beach volleyball on Lifty's sand court if the weather is nice! Brunch is an 8min walk from the hotel. Otherwise, you can Uber/Lyft or there is abundant parking.
The Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is recommended and is ~25 minutes away. To get from RDM to Bend, we recommend having someone pick you up if possible; Uber/Lyft are also available but often have surge pricing, so share with other guests if possible. If you plan to Uber/Lyft back to RDM at the end of the weekend, consider scheduling ahead of time. If at any point you're unable to get an Uber/Lyft, please call us at 207-712-7722 and we'll send someone to help!
The Hotel Peppertree is recommended and within walking distance to most events (most of the wedding party, including us, will be there). Alternatively, there are several hotels in the Old Mill district and downtown, as well as Airbnb/VRBO rentals scattered around Bend.
Within Bend, Uber/Lyft are readily available. If you'd like to explore the larger Central Oregon area, we'd recommend renting a car.
Transportation for Events
For Friday's Wine Night, we recommend Uber/Lyft, as it's a 35min walk from the hotel and there is limited street parking.
For Saturday, we will provide shuttles from the hotel starting at 3pm (or it is a 16min walk) and to the after party/hotel afterwards (or it is a 14min walk). If you aren't staying at the hotel we recommend Uber/Lyft or there is abundant parking.
For Sunday, brunch is an 8min walk from the hotel. If you aren't staying at the hotel we recommend Uber/Lyft or there is abundant parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Most events are primarily indoors or in heated tents, with outdoor areas for overflow. That said, it's a good idea to bring layers for chilly nights, especially if you choose to walk between any events.

Can I bring gifts?
No.
In that case, can I give you money?
No.
But I hate showing up empty-handed!
Contribute by: perfecting your dance moves, bringing coffee to your hungover friends, practicing your volleyball serve, making a new friend, planning your karaoke song, or rallying other guests for a hike/beer/coffee. Or just laughing extra hard at the wedding toasts.

Dressy casual on Friday, cocktail or semi-formal on Saturday, comfortable on Sunday
